Significant Severe Weather Event Likely on Tuesday

The Storm Prediction Center has placed much of Indiana under a moderate risk for severe weather and a significant severe weather event is likely across Indiana Tuesday Evening and Tuesday Night.

Storms will likely begin as supercells late Tuesday Afternoon/early Tuesday Evening with the threat for large hail and tornadoes, some of which could be strong. A second round of severe weather is likely late Tuesday Evening/early Tuesday Night as a damaging squall line with embedded tornadoes races across Indiana.
